  • Parmesan cheese, grated - 30 grams
  • Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the white wine to the skillet and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly reduced.
