Steps
- Bring a pot of salted water to boil and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
- While the pasta cooks, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and red chili flakes to the skillet, cooking for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the crab meat, cherry tomatoes, and lemon juice, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes soften and the crab is heated through.
- Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and reserve 1/4 cup of the pasta water.
- Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet, tossing to combine with the crab and tomatoes, adding reserved pasta water as needed for a desired consistency.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley before serving.
