- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

- Black pepper - to taste
- Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the chopped kale to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until wilted, stirring occasionally.
- Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a simmer. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the kale is tender and the broth has reduced slightly.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, along with lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Serve topped with chopped fresh parsley.
