Ingredients

  • Pasta (small shapes like elbow or fusilli) - 100 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Dried basil - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 7-8 minutes until al dente, then drain and rinse under cold water.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the pasta is evenly coated.
  4. Spread the seasoned pasta in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the pasta chips are golden and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
