- Heavy cream - 100 milliliters
- Parmesan cheese (grated) - 50 grams
- Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, until they turn pink and opaque. Season with salt and black pepper.

- Drain the spaghetti, reserving a little pasta water. Add the pasta to the skillet, tossing to combine with the sauce.
- If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of reserved pasta water to reach desired consistency.
- Remove from heat and stir in grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
- Serve immediately, garnished with extra parsley and Parmesan if desired.
