  • Erythritol - 30 g
  • Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
  • Pinch of salt

Steps

  1. In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin powder over 2 tablespoons of cold water and let it bloom for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the heavy cream, almond milk, brewed coffee, erythritol, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Heat the mixture over medium heat until it's warm but not boiling.
