Ingredients

  • Unsalted butter - 20g
  • Powdered sugar - 10g (optional for dusting)

Steps

  1. Preheat a skillet or frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Slice the ciabatta bread pieces in half horizontally.
  3. Spread 10g of unsalted butter evenly on the cut side of each ciabatta half.
  4. Place the ciabatta halves butter-side down onto the heated skillet.
  5. Toast the bread for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove the toasted ciabatta from the skillet and spread 50g of Nutella on each half.
  7. If desired, dust with powdered sugar for extra sweetness.
  8. Slice fresh strawberries and serve them on the side as a garnish.
