- Milk - 200 milliliters
- Egg - 1 large

Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a small loaf pan with butter.
- In a large bowl, mix the cornmeal, rice flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the honey, milk, egg, and olive oil until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Slice and serve warm, optionally with honey or your favorite jam.
