Ingredients

  • Semolina flour - 200 grams
  • Warm water - 120 ml
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh rosemary - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Sea salt flakes - for sprinkling

Steps

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the semolina flour and salt.
  2. Gradually add warm water and olive oil to the flour mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat your oven to 250°C (482°F).
  6. Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and roll each piece out as thinly as possible to about 2 mm thickness.
  7. Place the rolled dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 5-7 minutes until lightly golden and crispy.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before breaking into pieces.
  9. Sprinkle with fresh rosemary and sea salt flakes before serving.
