- Fresh rosemary - 1 tablespoon, chopped

Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the semolina flour and salt.
- Gradually add warm water and olive oil to the flour mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 250°C (482°F).
- Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and roll each piece out as thinly as possible to about 2 mm thickness.
- Place the rolled dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 5-7 minutes until lightly golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before breaking into pieces.
- Sprinkle with fresh rosemary and sea salt flakes before serving.
