Steps
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the butter. Allow it to melt and coat the pan.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet, tilting the pan to spread it evenly.
- Cook for about 2-3 minutes until the edges start to set, gently lifting them with a spatula to allow the uncooked egg to flow underneath.
