  • Green olives - 100 grams

  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Drain the olives and capers, and rinse them under cold water to remove excess salt.
  2. In a food processor, combine the black olives, green olives, capers, anchovy fillets, garlic, and parsley.
  3. Pulse the mixture until it reaches a coarse paste, scraping down the sides as needed.
  4. Add the lemon juice and olive oil, then pulse again until well combined but still slightly chunky.
  5. Season with black pepper to taste, then transfer to a serving bowl.
