Steps

  1. Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water, stirring until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk the Greek yogurt, coconut sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt until well combined.
  3. Allow the melted chocolate to cool slightly, then fold it into the yogurt mixture until fully incorporated.
