- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Fresh mint - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon (for cooking)
- Burger buns - 2
- Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
- Cucumber - 1/2, sliced
- Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
- Plain yogurt - 100 grams
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, minced garlic, chopped red onion, parsley, mint, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

- Toast the burger buns lightly on a separate pan or grill until golden brown.
- Assemble the burgers by placing a lamb patty on each bun, then top with sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, crumbled feta cheese, and a generous dollop of the yogurt sauce.
- Serve immediately with your favorite side, such as a salad or roasted vegetables.
