Ingredients

  • Fresh basil leaves - 50g
  • Parmesan cheese - 30g, grated
  • Pine nuts - 30g
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Olive oil - 60ml
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Spiralize the zucchini using a spiralizer to create 'spaghetti' strands.
  2. In a food processor, combine fresh basil, grated Parmesan cheese, pine nuts, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. With the food processor running, slowly drizzle in olive oil until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
