- Crushed tomatoes (canned) - 400 grams
- Chicken broth (low sodium) - 500 ml
- Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
- Red pepper flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
- Spinach, fresh - 100 grams

Steps
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the Italian sausage and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon, about 5-7 minutes.
