  • Arugula - 50 grams, for serving
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved, for serving
  • Balsamic vinegar - 1 tablespoon, for dressing

Steps

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped basil, chopped parsley, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined, then form the mixture into 2 equal-sized patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook the turkey patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and have an internal temperature of 75°C.
  5. While the patties are cooking, prepare a simple salad by combining arugula and cherry tomatoes in a bowl, drizzling with balsamic vinegar.
  6. Serve the turkey burgers hot, alongside the arugula salad.
