- dried porcini mushrooms - 30 grams
- fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- garlic - 1 clove, minced
- salt - 1 teaspoon
- black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- burger buns - 2 pieces
- arugula - 50 grams
- truffle oil - 1 teaspoon
- parmesan cheese - 20 grams, shaved
Steps
- Soak the dried porcini mushrooms in warm water for about 20 minutes until softened, then drain and finely chop them.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped porcini mushrooms, parsley, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Form the mixture into two equal-sized patties, about 2 cm thick.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the burger buns in a separate pan or under the broiler until golden.
- Assemble the burgers by placing the cooked patties on the bottom half of each bun, topping with arugula, shaved parmesan, and a drizzle of truffle oil. Place the top bun and serve immediately.
