- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Red onion - 1 small, finely chopped
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
- Egg - 1 large
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Gluten-free burger buns - 2
- Tomato - 1, sliced

Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped basil, parsley, minced garlic, finely chopped red onion, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

- While the patties are cooking, toast the gluten-free burger buns in a separate skillet or toaster until golden brown.
- Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun, followed by the cooked patty, a slice of tomato, and the top half of the bun.
- Serve immediately with your choice of sides, such as roasted vegetables or a salad.
