- Oats, ground - 50 grams

- Lettuce leaves - 2

Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped artichoke hearts, cooked quinoa, chickpeas, minced garlic, parsley, basil, olive oil, ground oats, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
