- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Oats - 50 grams, ground into flour
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
- Whole grain burger buns - 2
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large bowl, mash the cooked beets with a fork until smooth.
- Add the cooked quinoa, chickpeas, minced garlic, red onion, parsley, oat flour, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika to the bowl. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
