  • Red onion - 1 small, finely chopped
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Oats - 50 grams, ground into flour
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Whole grain burger buns - 2

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large bowl, mash the cooked beets with a fork until smooth.
  3. Add the cooked quinoa, chickpeas, minced garlic, red onion, parsley, oat flour, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika to the bowl. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
