- Cherry tomatoes (halved) - 150 grams

Steps
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the potato gnocchi according to package instructions until they float, then drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant, about 1 minute.

- Serve immediately, garnished with extra parsley if desired.
