  • Shrimp (peeled and deveined) - 100 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
  • Cherry tomatoes (halved) - 150 grams
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the potato gnocchi according to package instructions until they float, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the white fish fillets to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through and flaky. Remove the fish and set aside.

  6. Return the cooked fish to the skillet, add the gnocchi, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Toss everything gently to combine and heat through for another 2 minutes.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with extra parsley if desired.
