  • Fresh basil - 30 grams
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Capers - 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Extra virgin olive oil - 4 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a food processor, combine the fresh parsley, basil, garlic, capers, lemon juice, and olive oil. Blend until smooth and season with salt and pepper to taste.
