Ingredients

  • Portobello mushrooms - 2 large
  • Cremini mushrooms - 200 grams
  • Olive oil - 4 tablespoons
  • Balsamic vinegar - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Fresh thyme - 1 teaspoon, chopped
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Clean the Portobello and Cremini mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove the stems.
  3. In a bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the cleaned mushrooms to the marinade and toss until evenly coated. Let them marinate for 15 minutes.
  5. Place the marinated mushrooms on the grill, gill side down, and grill for about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Flip the mushrooms and grill for an additional 5 minutes until tender and slightly charred.
  7. Remove the mushrooms from the grill and let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
