- Fresh thyme - 1 teaspoon, chopped
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Clean the Portobello and Cremini mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove the stems.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped thyme, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the cleaned mushrooms to the marinade and toss until evenly coated. Let them marinate for 15 minutes.
- Place the marinated mushrooms on the grill, gill side down, and grill for about 5-7 minutes.
- Flip the mushrooms and grill for an additional 5 minutes until tender and slightly charred.
- Remove the mushrooms from the grill and let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
