- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated

Steps
- Preheat your oven to 250°C (482°F) and place a pizza stone or baking tray inside to heat up.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat, then add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until they are soft and browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in chopped thyme.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness, approximately 10-12 inches in diameter.
- Carefully transfer the rolled dough to a piece of parchment paper for easy handling.
