  • Mozzarella cheese - 150 grams, shredded
  • Fresh mushrooms (e.g., cremini or button) - 100 grams, sliced
  • Prosciutto - 75 grams, thinly sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves - 10 leaves
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness (about 0.5 cm).
  3. Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the surface of the dough with olive oil, then spread the tomato sauce evenly over the top.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the tomato sauce.
  6. Evenly distribute the sliced mushrooms over the cheese.
  7. Add the thinly sliced prosciutto on top of the mushrooms.
  8. Season the pizza with salt and black pepper to taste.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  10. Once baked, remove the pizza from the oven and garnish with fresh basil leaves and grated Parmesan cheese before slicing.
