- Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil - for frying

Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, cornstarch, a pinch of salt, and black pepper.
- Gradually add sparkling water to the mixture, whisking until smooth and slightly thickened.
- In a separate bowl, mix the white fish, shrimp, and squid with lemon juice, lemon zest, and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat until hot (about 180°C or 350°F).
- Dip each piece of seafood into the batter, allowing excess to drip off, then carefully place them in the hot oil.
