Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- In a medium oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the diced salami, chopped prosciutto, and pancetta to the skillet and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until they are slightly crispy.
