Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, ricotta cheese, grated Parmesan, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- In an oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the fresh spinach and sauté until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
