  • Black Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh Basil - 5 grams, chopped

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, ricotta cheese, grated Parmesan, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. In an oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the fresh spinach and sauté until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour the egg and ricotta mixture over the sautéed spinach in the skillet. Gently stir to combine.
  5. Cook on the stovetop for about 5 minutes until the edges start to set.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until the frittata is puffed and firm in the center.
