  • olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Add the cooked zucchini noodles, halved cherry tomatoes, and chopped fresh basil to the egg mixture, stirring gently to combine.
  4. Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
