Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- In a non-stick oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté for about 5 minutes, or until they are softened and browned.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another minute, stirring constantly to prevent burning.
- Pour the egg mixture over the sautéed mushrooms in the skillet, ensuring even distribution. Cook on the stove for about 3-4 minutes, or until the edges start to set.
