  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Mozzarella cheese - 50 grams, diced
  • Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh basil - a handful, chopped

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs and add the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Stir in the chopped spinach, halved cherry tomatoes, diced mozzarella cheese, and chopped basil until well combined.
