  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Fresh rosemary - 2 sprigs, chopped
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water and active dry yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the all-purpose flour and salt. Create a well in the center, then add the yeast mixture and olive oil.
  3. Mix until a dough forms, then knead on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  6. Once the dough has risen, punch it down and spread it out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming a rectangular shape.
  7. Make dimples in the dough with your fingers, then sprinkle with chopped rosemary, black pepper, and halved cherry tomatoes.
  8. Crack an egg into the center of each dimple, then sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
