  • Lemon - 1, for serving

Steps

  1. Remove the T-bone steak from the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your grill to high heat.
  3. Rub the steak with olive oil, then season generously with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper on both sides.
