  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving a small cup of pasta water.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant but not browned.
  3. Add the quartered artichoke hearts to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are heated through and slightly golden.
