- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving a small cup of pasta water.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant but not browned.
- Add the quartered artichoke hearts to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are heated through and slightly golden.
