- Fresh thyme - 1 tablespoon (chopped)
- Red chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 grams (halved)
- Fresh basil - for garnish
Steps
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cannellini beans, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, red chili flakes, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Toss gently to coat the beans well.
- Let the mixture marinate for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- While the beans are marinating, prepare the cherry tomatoes by tossing them with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place a grill basket or a piece of aluminum foil on the grill, and add the marinated beans and halved cherry tomatoes.
