- Garlic - 1 clove (minced)
- Salt - to taste

Steps
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Season the mackerel fillets with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Grill the mackerel for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through and slightly charred.
- While the mackerel is grilling, slice the baguette into 1 cm thick slices.
