Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Place the low-carb bread slices on a baking sheet and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Toast the bread in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- While the bread is toasting, in a bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, chopped basil, salt, and black pepper.
