- Fresh basil leaves - 10 grams

- Garlic - 1 clove

- Balsamic vinegar - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Slice the whole grain baguette into 1 cm thick slices.
- Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush one side lightly with olive oil.
- Toast the bread in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- While the bread is toasting, dice the ripe tomatoes and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Finely chop the fresh basil leaves and add them to the tomatoes.
- Mince the garlic clove and add it to the tomato mixture.
- Drizzle the mixture with the remaining olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then season with sea salt and black pepper to taste.
- Once the crostini are toasted, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly.
