Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Slice the baguette into 1 cm thick slices and arrange them on a baking sheet.
- Brush both sides of the baguette slices with olive oil and bake in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- While the bread is baking, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5-7 minutes until they're tender and browned.
- Stir in the chopped parsley and cook for an additional minute.
