- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Parmesan cheese - 30g, grated (optional)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Slice the gluten-free baguette into 1 cm thick slices.
- Arrange the slices on a baking sheet and brush both sides lightly with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- In a large skillet, heat the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and cook for about 8-10 minutes, until the mushrooms are tender and browned.
- Stir in the chopped parsley and cook for an additional minute.
- Remove the crostini from the oven and top each slice with the mushroom mixture.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese if using, and serve warm.
