- Parmesan cheese - 30g, grated
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Slice the baguette into 1 cm thick slices and arrange them on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle the slices with olive oil on both sides and sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
- Toast the baguette slices in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy.
- In a bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, honey, freshly chopped basil, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Once the crostini are toasted, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly.
