  • Parmesan cheese - 30g, grated
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Slice the baguette into 1 cm thick slices and arrange them on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle the slices with olive oil on both sides and sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
  4. Toast the baguette slices in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy.
  5. In a bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, honey, freshly chopped basil, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
  6. Once the crostini are toasted, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  7. Spread a generous amount of the cheese mixture on each crostini.
