Steps
- Rinse the mussels under cold water, scrubbing the shells to remove any dirt or barnacles, then set aside.
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the halved cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to soften, about 4-5 minutes.
