- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, paprika, honey, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
- Place the pork ribs in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the ribs, making sure they are well coated.
