Ingredients

  • Pork ribs - 500 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Fresh rosemary - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Fresh thyme - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, paprika, honey, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
  2. Place the pork ribs in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the ribs, making sure they are well coated.
  3. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to penetrate the meat.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove the ribs from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  6. Place the ribs on the grill and cook for about 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are caramelized and cooked through.
  7. Check the internal temperature to ensure it reaches at least 70°C (160°F).
  8. Once cooked, remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
