- Sugar - 30 grams
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Egg - 1 large
- Milk - 100 milliliters
- Almond extract - 1/2 teaspoon
- Powdered sugar - for dusting
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large bowl, mix the gluten-free all-purpose flour, almond flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, egg, milk, and almond extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently for about 1 minute until smooth.
- Roll the dough out to about 1/2 cm thickness and cut into triangles.
- Starting from the base of each triangle, roll it up towards the tip to form a cornetto shape.

- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
