  • Almond flour - 50 grams
  • Butter - 50 grams, melted
  • Sugar - 30 grams
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Milk - 100 milliliters
  • Almond extract - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Powdered sugar - for dusting

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the gluten-free all-purpose flour, almond flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, egg, milk, and almond extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  5. Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently for about 1 minute until smooth.
  6. Roll the dough out to about 1/2 cm thickness and cut into triangles.
  7. Starting from the base of each triangle, roll it up towards the tip to form a cornetto shape.
  8. Place the rolled cornettos on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let them rest for 10 minutes.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
