  • cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • bell pepper - 1/2, sliced
  • zucchini - 1/2, thinly sliced
  • fresh basil - a handful, chopped
  • oregano - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Gradually add water and 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the flour mixture, stirring until a smooth batter forms.
  4. Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly to form a pizza crust.
  5. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until it is slightly golden and firm to the touch.
