  • Fresh rosemary - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Fresh thyme - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, red chili flakes, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
