- Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
- Chia seeds - 2 tablespoons
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Pinch of salt - to taste
Steps
- In a medium saucepan, combine the rolled oats, quinoa, almond milk, chia seeds, and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the grains are cooked and the mixture is creamy.
