Steps

  1. Peel the celeriac and spiralize it into noodle-like strands using a spiralizer or julienne peeler.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, then add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they start to soften.
