Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chickpea flour, sea salt, and black pepper.
- Gradually whisk in the water until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps.
- Let the batter rest for 15 minutes to allow the flour to hydrate.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F) and place a baking sheet or a cast-iron skillet inside to heat up.
