Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chickpea flour, salt, and black pepper.
- Gradually add the water while whisking until you achieve a smooth batter.
- Stir in the chopped rosemary and let the batter rest for 15 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil onto the baking sheet and spread it evenly.
